The title page must be uploaded as a separate file and should include the full and short titles (in Turkish), article type, author names, academic titles, institutional affiliations, e-mail addresses,
telephone numbers, and ORCID numbers. Funding sources, ethical approval statement, conflict-of-interest declaration, authorship contribution statement, corresponding author details,

The abstract should concisely describe the study’s objective, methods, key findings, and contribution to the literature in 200–350 words. It must include the following sections in order:
Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and Keywords. Turkish manuscripts must include an English abstract; English manuscripts do not require a Turkish

Keywords should accurately represent the study and be separated by commas, with a period following the last term. Turkish keywords must comply with “Türkiye Bilim Terimleri,” and
English keywords must follow “Index Medicus: Medical Subject Headings (MeSH)” standards.

Language
Both English and Turkish manuscripts are accepted. Manuscripts must follow correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules of the language used.

Article Preparation
 Main Text: Manuscripts must be prepared in 12-point Times New Roman, 1.5-line spacing, justified alignment, with 2.5 cm page margins. Page numbers should be placed at the center
of the bottom of each page. No indentation at paragraph beginnings; spacing should be left before and after paragraphs. The structure should include: Introduction, Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations, References, Acknowledgment (if any), and Tables/Figures. Files must be submitted in .doc or .docx format.

 Tables:
Table titles should be bold, left-aligned, and numbered (e.g., Table 1. Organizational Culture in Health Institutions). Font size 10 pt Times New Roman. Only the first letter of each word
in the title should be capitalized, and titles must appear above the table. APA 7 style should be followed. Tables should be cited in the text and discussed after presentation. Maximum 6
tables per article.

 Figures:
Figure titles should be bold, left-aligned, numbered, and placed below the figure (e.g., Figure 1. Organizational Culture in Health Institutions). All symbols and abbreviations

References must follow APA 7 format. Maximum: 50 for original research, 60 for reviews.

In-Text Citations
 All references in the text should be indicated in parentheses, including the author’s surname and publication year – e.g., (Timur, 2024).
 If the author’s name appears in the sentence, only the year is shown in parentheses: Reşat Kasaba views this as a result of the Empire’s integration into the capitalist world economy
in the mid-18th century (Kasaba, 2025).
 Two-author references: (Postman & Powers, 2016).
 Three or more authors: (Keyman et al., 2015).
 Multiple citations: separate by semicolons – e.g., (Brummet, 2013; Heinzelman, 2014; Kargılı, 2024).

Reference List
 Include only sources cited in the text, arranged alphabetically by surname.
 If the same author has multiple works, list them chronologically from oldest to newest. For multiple works in the same year, label as a, b, c and ensure these match in-text citations.
