Araştırmanın temel amacı, İzmir AOSB’de (Atatürk Organize Sanayi Bölgesi) yer alan makine sektörü kapsamındaki beyaz ve mavi yakalı çalışanların stresle başa çıkma eğilimlerinin karşılaştırmalı olarak belirlenmesidir. Bu kapsamda hazırlanan anket formu Ocak 2015 – Haziran 2015 tarihleri arasında İzmir AOSB’deki makine sektörlerinde yer alan 21 işletmede 102 çalışana (39 beyaz ve 61 mavi yakalı personel) uygulanmıştır. Oluşan 4 faktör kapsamında (f1: kendini yönetme, f2: düzenli uyku ve dinlenme, f3: sağlık, spor ve beslenme, f4: hobi, gezi, tatil ve alış veriş) katılımcıların mesleki stresi bireysel olarak kontrol altına almayı önemsedikleri belirlenmiştir. Faktörler kapsamında stresi kontrol altına almaya yönelik olarak beyaz ve mavi yakalılar bakımından algı farklılığı ortaya çıkmamıştır
The main purpose of the study, The machinery sector located in Izmir AOSB (Ataturk Organized Industrial Zone) within the scope of the white and blue collar employees is determined by comparison of trends of coping with stress. In this context, the prepared questionnaire has been applied to 102 employees (39 white and 61 blue-collar staff) on the 21 company located in the machinery industry in Izmir AOSB between January 2015 - June 2015. The resulting 4 covered by factor (f1: self-directedness, f2: regular sleep and rest, f3: health, fitness and nutrition, f4: hobbies, travel, vacation and shopping) occupational stress of the participants were determined to care about getting under individual control. Factors scope did not appear the perception differences in point of white and blue collars in order to control the stress
