In today's businesses, business ethics, ethical values
and approach to work has become a priority in terms of "Occupational
Health and Safety". Besides, it is a fact that organizing a company
according to ergonomics and occupational health and safety, increase the work
efficiency, reduce work-related accidents and worker-employer relations in a
positive way. This study is based on a survey conducted in Afyonkarahisar and
Muğla among the students in Furniture and Decoration sections of Vocational
Schools. The survey aims to measure the perception of Occupational Security and
Health. Data obtained was analyzed with SPSS. Consequently, the findings show
that the majority of the students believe that occupational health and safety
rules are important and they accept them.
