Abstract

Araştırmanın temel amacı, İzmir AOSB’de (Atatürk Organize Sanayi Bölgesi) yer alan makine sektörü kapsamındaki beyaz ve mavi yakalı çalışanların stresle başa çıkma eğilimlerinin karşılaştırmalı olarak belirlenmesidir. Bu kapsamda hazırlanan anket formu Ocak 2015 – Haziran 2015 tarihleri arasında İzmir AOSB’deki makine sektörlerinde yer alan 21 işletmede 102 çalışana (39 beyaz ve 61 mavi yakalı personel) uygulanmıştır. Oluşan 4 faktör kapsamında (f1: kendini yönetme, f2: düzenli uyku ve dinlenme, f3: sağlık, spor ve beslenme, f4: hobi, gezi, tatil ve alış veriş) katılımcıların mesleki stresi bireysel olarak kontrol altına almayı önemsedikleri belirlenmiştir. Faktörler kapsamında stresi kontrol altına almaya yönelik olarak beyaz ve mavi yakalılar bakımından algı farklılığı ortaya çıkmamıştır
