Staphylococcus aureus'un üremesine karahayıt termal sularının in-vitro etkisi

Abstract

Denizli Karahayıt termal suları halk tarafından sağlık amaçlı kullanılan geleneksel kaplıcalardır. Bu çalışmada, sıvı buyyon besiyeri içeriğinde Karahayıt termal yer altı sularının kullanıldığı üç farklı besiyerinde üretilen iki Staphylococcus aureus kökeni (Atopik dermatitli bir hastanın lezyonundan izole edilen bir köken ve standartS.aureus ATCC 25925)’nin büyüme eğrileri, doğrusal olmayan eğri uyumu yöntemi ile analiz edilmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak, Karahayıt termal sularının S.aureus kökenlerine inhibitör etkisi saptanmamıştır.
