Pamukkale Medical Journal is an Open Access Journal and sending or publishing (if accepted) the papers are free of charge. Also everyone can reach archive without registration.
Pamukkale Medical Journal adopted the publication model based on the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) declaration. All articles published in the Pamukkale Medical Journal can be accessed via the internet without any legal, technical and financial obstacles, these articles can be read, copied, downloaded, printed, distributed, linked to full texts and used for any legal purpose. In this way, our journal realizes the principle of global information sharing by providing readers with free and unlimited information with open access by providing readers with instant access to the content of scientific research via the internet without any charge.
The publications are licensed under Creative Commons (CC BY-NC 4.0). The policy of the journal is based on scientific contribution and does not allow commercial use of the publications. CC’s Non Commercial (NC) licenses prohibit uses that are “primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation." At this point, authors sign an exclusive license agreement, where authors have copyright but license exclusive rights in their article to the publisher. This includes the right for the publisher to make and authorize commercial use.The publications can be used or shared fully or partially in scientific platforms with attribution.
