Pamukkale Medical Journal adopts an open access publishing policy and supports the free dissemination of scientific knowledge. All content published in the journal is made available immediately and permanently free of charge to readers without subscription fees or access barriers.

Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without seeking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper attribution is given.

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

No embargo period applies to any content published in the journal.
