Abstract

Davranış temel olarak imanların gereksinmeleri ve güdüleri tarafından belirlenir. Okul yöneticisi okulun amaçları doğrultusunda performans göstermeleri için iş görenleri güdülemelidir. Süreç teorileri esas itibariyle , kişiyi davranışa sevk eden dış faktörleri belirlemeye ağırlık vermektedir. Okul yöneticisi süreç kuramlarını bilirse kişiyi davranışa sevk eden dış faktörlerin ne olduğunu bilir, ona göre strateji oluşturur ve uygular.
