Abstract
The purpose of this research is mainly to investigate what are the expectation of teachers and administratives of primary school from educations union Female teachers replied as â quite importantâ and the male teachers as âvery importantâ to the one question that we asked about the application of the union rights Female at administratives replied as âquite importantâ and male administratives as âvery important1â to the in other question that we asked about democracy in the union and equality of the members of each other and the supporting to the on other members Teacher replied as âvery importantâ and the admininstratives as âquite importantâ to the question about improvement of the members qualification

Abstract
Bu araştırmada ilköğretim yöneticilerinin ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin eğitim sendikalarından gerçekleştirmesini istedikleri sendikal beklentiler ve bunların önem derecesi araştırılmıştır. Eğitim sendikalarından " sendikal hakları gerçekleştirmesi ve yaşatması "nı kadın sınıf öğretmenleri "oldukça önemli" erkek sınıf öğretmenleri "çok önemli " derecede beklemektedirler. Eğitim sendikalarından " Bütün üyeleri arasında fark gözetmeksizin amaçlar doğrultusunda birlik ve dayanışmayı sağlaması "ve " Sendika içi demokrasiyi uygulaması ve yaşatması"nı kadın ilköğretim yöneticileri "oldukça önemli" erkek ilköğretim yöneticileri "çok önemli " derecede beklemektedirler. Eğitim sendikalarından "üyelerini geliştirmesini"ni sınıf öğretmenleri "çok önemli" ilköğretim yöneticileri "oldukça önemli " derecede beklemektedirler.
