Factors Effecting Tourist Satisfaction Level of Britanian Tourist Visiting Kusadası and Didim

Abstract

In tourism sector like the other service industries, the development, survival or failure of firms mostly depend on customer satisfaction. The competition among countries can also be seen among destinations that belong to the same country. Therefore, in order to maximize tourist satisfaction, level in the two important destinations of Aydın, namely Didim and Kusadasi. The findings are based on the data collected from 188 tourists. During the data analysis, reliability and validity test are applied. Moreover, the relationships between factors are measured by multiple regression analysis. According to the results, as the destination attractiveness and tourist’s attractions and facilities increase, foreign tourist is most likely satisfied. However there was no relation between the availability of language and tourist satisfaction.
