Reasons (sources) of Conflict between Youth and Sport County Directorate and Interschool Sport Education County Directorate on Interschool Sport Organizations

Abstract

The authors examined the “Reasons of conflict between youth and Sport County Directorate (YSCD) and National Education County Directorate (NECD) on interschool sport organizations. In research, and interview carried out with Department Manager who is in charge of sport, Country League Committee Members from NEDC Düzce, County Director, Sport Department Manager and Sport Specialists from YSCD Düzce volleyball, basketball, table tennis and athletics federation county agents. Interview technique was used from qualitative research method for data collect. The authors reached the results which are at below after analyzed the interview notes.

OKULLAR ARASI SPOR ORGANİZASYONLARINDA İL MİLLİ EĞİTİM MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ İLE GENÇLİK VE SPOR İL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ ARASINDAKİ ÇATIŞMA NEDENLERİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmada okullar arası spor faaliyetlerinde İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü (İMEM) ile Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü (GSİM) arsındaki çatışma nedenleri araştırılmıştır.Araştırmada Düzce İMEM’nden spordan sorumlu Milli Eğitim Şube Müdürü, Milli Eğitim İl Lig Heyeti üyeleri, GSİM’den İl Müdürü, Spor Şube Müdürü ve Spor Uzmanları, hem İMEM hem de GSİM de faaliyetleri olan Voleybol, Basketbol, Atletizm ve Masa Tenisi İl Temsilcileri ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Yöntem olarak nitel araştırma tekniklerinden görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Görüşmeler sonucunda, literatür taramasında tespit edilen dört ana tema üzerinden analizler yapılarak sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.
