Arı Sokmasına Bağlı Olarak Dilde Geniş Lokal Reaksiyon Gelişen Çocuk Olgu - Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Dil, ağız içerisinde kapalı bir ortamda korunaklı olması nedeniyle, zehirli insektlerin zararlı etkilerine nadiren maruz kalır. Arısokması sonucunda kişinin immun yapısına göre sadece lokal veya beraberinde sistemik alerjik belirtiler görülebilir. Olayınşiddetine göre anti-alerjik ve anaflaktik şok tedavileri uygulanır. Ayrıca lezyonlu bölgede arı iğnesinin varlığı daaraştırılmalıdır. Lezyonlu bölgedeki arı iğnesinin, alerjik etkenin kaldırılması için çıkartılması gerekir.Bu olgu sunumunda, yaban arısı sokmasına bağlı olarak dilde gelişen geniş lokal reaksiyon ödem gelişen çocuk olguyaklinik yaklaşım ilkeleri incelendi. Bu olgu sunumu, dilde arı sokmasına bağlı olarak gelişen lokal ödemlerde, havayolu açıklığının devamlılığını tehdit eden birobstrüksiyon gelişmemişse, anti-allerjik tedavi ve destek tedavisinin yeterli olduğunu, bulgular normale dönünceye kadar acilizlemin gerekli olduğunu ve ödemli dilin ağız içerisine itilmesinin sakıncalı olabileceğini vurgulamak amacıyla hazırlandı

The Child Case In Whose Tongue A Large Local Reaction Depending On Bee Stung Developed

Abstract

Tongue is rarely exposed of harmful effects of poisonous insects thanks to its covered and protected place in mouth. In consequence of a bee stung, locally or additionally systemic allergic symptoms can be seen in respect of the immune structureof person. Allergy or anaflactic shock treatments are applied considering the acuteness of the incidence. In addition, if ornot the presence of stinger in the lesion area should be figured out. The stinger in the lesion area should be removed in orderto eliminate the allergic effect. In this case presentation, clinic approach principles to the child case in whose tongue a largelocal reaction oedema depending on bee stung developed were analyzed. This case presentation was prepared to emphasize that in case of local oedemas developed in tongue depending on bee stungs; if no obstruction threatening the continuity of airway open space developed, anti-allergic treatment and supportive treatment is sufficient and emergency observation is required untill the findings become regular and the tongue must not be attempted to push into mouth in any case as itcan be undesirable
