Abstract

Atopik yürüyüş atopik bulguların doğal seyrini ifade eden bir terim olarak kullanılmaktadır. Atopik anne babadan doğan ve atopi genetik yükünü taşıyan bir bebek, yaşamın ilk günlerinden itibaren karşılaştığı allerjenlere cevap verme ve duyarlılaşma yeteneğine sahiptir
