Abstract

Yaygın damariçi pıhtılaşması veya diğer adıyla dissemine intravasküler koagülasyon DİK ; farklı nedenlerle meydana gelen ve sınırlanamayan intravasküler koagülasyonun aktivasyonu, mikrovasküler fibrin oluşumu, koagülasyon faktörlerinin tüketimi, trombin ve plazminin endojen üretimi ile tanımlanan yaygın edinsel bir klinikopatolojik bozukluktur 1 .
