Öz

Guillain Barre Sendromu GBS , sıklıkla hızlı progresif, asendan, simetrik güçsüzlük ve arefleksi ile karakterize akut inflamatuar polinöropatidir 1 . Tablo sıklıkla nonspesifik enfeksiyondan birkaç gün veya haftalar sonrasında ortaya çıkan progresif güçsüzlük, eşlik eden hafif duysal semptomlar ve albuminositolojik dissosiasyonla karakterizedir 2 .
