Abstract

Tıkayıcı uyku apnesi sendromu Obstructive Sleep Apne Syndrome-OSAS ve buna bağlı semptomlar çocukluk döneminde sık karşılaşılan bir tablodur ve tedavi edilmeden kalırsa ciddi komplikasyonlara neden olabilir. Konu ile ilgili tüm gelişmelere rağmen hala tanı ve tedavisi konusunda tam bir fikir birliği yoktur.
