Abstract

Yaygın damar içi pıhtılaşması YDP ; Sepsis, şok, şiddetli dehidratasyon gibi çeşitli olayların seyri sırasında koagülasyon mekanizmasının sistemik olarak aktive edilmesi sonucu damar içinde yaygın fibrin depolanması, hemostatik elemanların parçalanmaı ve tüketimi ile karakterize bir sendromdur 1 . Bu sendrom ‘’Disssemine intravasküler Koagulasyon DİK ’’ olarak da isimlendirilmektedir.
