Atopik Dermatit Tedavisi

Abstract

Atopik dermatit AD ; prevalansı ve insidansı özellikle batı ülkelerinde artış gösteren, derinin karmaşık, kronik olarak tekrarlayıcı inflamatuvar bir hastalığıdır. Hastalar ve aileleri üzerinde belirgin bir ekonomik yük ve morbiditeye sahiptir. infantil ekzemaların en sık görülen formudur ve 5 yana kadar çocukların yaklaşık %10-15’inde klinik tablo yerleşmektedir 1,2 . AD zaman içinde spontan iyileşebilmekle beraber atopik hastaların %30 ila %80’ninde yaşamın ileri dönemlerinde özellikle emosyonel ve fiziksel stresle alevlenmeler görülebilir 2 .
