Abstract
Nokturnal enürezis NE çocukluk çağının en sık karşılaşılan sorunlarından biridir 1-3 . Yunanca “idrar yapmak” enourein sözcü- ğünden gelmektedir. Enürezis üriner kontrolün sağlanması gereken yaştan sonra görülen istemsiz idrar kaçırmadır. Hastayı, ailesini ve çevresini etkileyen önemli bir problemdir. Enürezis çocuğun kendine güvenini azaltır, utanç duymasına ve psikolojik sorunlara neden olabilir.
