Abstract

Menenjit, pnömoni, sepsis/bakteriyemi, epiglottit, selülit, septik artrit, osteomiyelit, perikardit gibi klinik tablolar invaziv enfeksiyon olarak nitelendirilir. Uygun tedavi yapılmadığı takdirde hayati tehlike doğurur, sekel bırakma oranı da yüksektir. invaziv hastalık tanısı, kan, BOS, sinovial sıvı gibi normalde steril olan vücut bölgelerinden Haemophilus influenzae Hi izolasyonu ile konulur.
