Abstract

Transkripsiyon, replikasyon gibi temel biyolojik olayların DNA tamiri ile sıkı bir ilişki içerisinde olduğu ortaya konmuştur. DNA tamir yollarındaki hasarlar, DNA hasarına neden olan ajanlara karşı duyarlılık gösteren genetik hastalıkların moleküler temelinin anlaşılmasını sağlamaktadır
