Abstract

Standart intravenöz immunglobulin IVIG preparatları yaklaşık olarak 5000-10000 donör plazmasından elde edilmektedir. Çok sayıda donörden hazırlanması nedeniyle donörlerin doğal enfeksiyon ve immunizasyon ile oluşmuş çok çeşitli tipteki antikorlarını içerirler
