Döngüsel Ekonomi, Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri ve İkiz Geçiş Üzerine Bibliyometrik Bir Analiz

Abstract

Bu makale, döngüsel ekonomi, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri ve ikiz geçiş kavramlarının kesişim noktasındaki akademik literatürü, 2009-2025 dönemi Web of Science verileri üzerinden bibliyometrik analizle incelemektedir. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişme (dijital dönüşüm), döngüsel ekonomilerin yaygınlaşması (yeşil dönüşüm) ile birleşerek ‘ikiz geçiş’ sürecini ifade etmektedir. Bu iki dönüşümün entegrasyonunda karşılaşılan zorluklar ve kavramsal netlik eksikliği, yeni araştırmalara ihtiyaç doğurmaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışma, bu kavramları bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle inceleyerek, literatürdeki mevcut durumu ortaya koyup gelecekteki araştırmalara yön verecek bir temel oluşturulmayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışma, bu alanın nispeten yeni ve dinamik bir araştırma gündemine sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Analiz edilen 617 makalenin ortalama yaşı 1,77 yıl ve makale başına ortalama atıf sayısı 23,12'dir. Küresel ölçekte ise, %45,54'lük uluslararası ortak yazarlık oranıyla Hindistan, Çin, Birleşik Krallık, İtalya ve Almanya gibi ülkelerin liderliğinde çok merkezli bir araştırma ekosisteminin var olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bibliyometrik haritalama analizleri, bu alandaki temel kavramlar, tematik odak noktaları ve işbirliği ağları hakkında önemli bulgular sunmaktadır. Yayınların yıllara göre dağılımı, özellikle 2020 sonrası dönemde yayın sayısının ve ikiz geçiş temasına ilginin hızla arttığını ortaya koymaktadır. Anahtar kelime analizleri, literatürün yönetim, performans ve çerçeve kuramları gibi temel kavramlar etrafında olgunlaştığını, ancak girişimcilik ve sürdürülebilir davranış gibi niş konuların da yükselişte olduğunu göstermektedir. Ağ haritaları, kavramlar ve yazarlar arasında yüksek düzeyde bir entegrasyon olduğunu ve disiplinler arası bir yapının kurulduğunu teyit etmektedir.

A Bibliometric Analysis on Circular Economy, Information and Communication Technologies and the Twin Transition

Abstract

This article examines the academic literature at the intersection of circular economy, information and communication technologies, and twin transitions through a bibliometric analysis of Web of Science data from 2009 to 2025. The development of information and communication technologies (digital transformation), combined with the adoption of circular economies (green transformation), defines the “twin transition.” The challenges in integrating these two transformations and the lack of conceptual clarity highlight the need for further research. Accordingly, this study aims to reveal the current state of the literature and provide a foundation to guide future work. The findings show that this field has a relatively new and dynamic research agenda. The 617 analyzed articles have an average age of 1.77 years, with 23.12 citations per article. At the global level, a multi-centered research ecosystem led by India, China, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany was identified, with an international co-authorship rate of 45.54%. Bibliometric mapping offers insights into core concepts, thematic focuses, and collaboration networks. The temporal distribution of publications indicates a sharp increase in output and interest in the twin transition, particularly after 2020. Keyword analyses show that the literature has matured around central notions such as management, performance, and frameworks, while niche topics such as entrepreneurship and sustainable behavior are emerging. Network analyses confirm strong integration among concepts and authors and the establishment of an interdisciplinary structure.
