Perceptions aims to provide a platform for original and high-quality scholarly research on international relations, Turkish foreign policy, and related issues in global affairs, thereby contributing to academic debates and advancing knowledge in these fields.

The journal publishes commentaries, original research articles, and book reviews and welcomes contributions from distinguished scholars and experts from Türkiye and abroad. The views expressed in published articles are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Center for Strategic Research (SAM) or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye. Previous issues of Perceptions are available as open access publications on the DergiPark platform.
