Abstract

Acil servise nonspesifik semptomlar ile başvuran hasta
kraniyal görüntüleme sonucu nadir bir tanı aldı. Dolikoektasi sıklıkla
intrakranial arterleri etkileyen arterlerin genişleme durumudur fakat bilateral
karotis arter tutulumu nadir görülmektedir. Biz burada dolikoektazi vakasının
bilgisayarlı tomografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntülemelerini sunuyoruz.

A Rare Diagnosis in Emergency Department - Dolichoectasia

Abstract

A patient admitting to emergency department without specific symptoms was diagnosed with a rare condition by cranial imagining. Dolichoectasia is the enlargement of the arteries frequently affecting intracranial arteries but bilateral carotid arteries involvement is rare. We present computered tomography and magnetic resonance imagining of a dolichoesctasis case.
