People's Sector Entrepreneurship in the Transition Period

Abstract

In the deployment of the capital to the base, majority of the public’s benefit from current developments and settlement in the democratic conditions, the main factor is entrepreneurship. The only sector where entrepreneurship’s spread to the ground of society with covering a wide area is People’s Sector. People’s Sector have a power where people have their own management and production prospects also people create opportunities for self-employment with their own savings. This is the most distinctive feature of the private sector and the public sector. As well as the public sector and the private sector, labor is a part of the production, but in People’s Sector, employees participate in management, capital and profit. Method for the study based on the literature, and non-formal interview technique. Sirintas factory exemplifies the subject of the study.

Geçiş Sürecinde Halk Sektörü Girişimciliği

Abstract

Sermayenin tabana yayılması, mevcut gelişmelerden halkın genelinin yararlanmasında ve demokratik şartların oluşumunda ana etken girişimciliktir. Girişimciliğin toplumsal zeminde geniş bir alan kaplayarak yayıldığı tek sektör ise Halk Sektörüdür. Halk Sektörü, halkın kendi tasarruflarıyla, kendi yönetiminde üretim imkânlarını var eden ve halkın kendi kendisini istihdam imkânına kavuşturan bir güce sahiptir. Bu durum onu, özel sektörden ve kamu sektöründen ayıran en önemli özelliktir. Hem özel sektörde hem de devlet sektöründe emek sahipleri sadece üretimin bir parçası durumundayken, Halk Sektöründe çalışanlar yönetime, sermayeye ve kâra katılırlar. Çalışmanın yöntemi, kaynak taraması ve biçimsel olmayan mülakat tekniğine dayalıdır. Şirintaş fabrikası çalışma konusuna örnek teşkil etmektedir.
