Abstract

Yeni Liberal Sanatların inşası, kolej ve üniversitelerde sosyal hizmet programlarının geliştirilmesi ve inşası için yeni gereklilikler ortaya koymakta ve öğretimin geleneksel sınıf derslerinden dijital öğretimin yeniden yapılandırılmasına dönüşümünü teşvik etmektedir. Bu makale, sistem teorisi perspektifinden dönüşümün anlamını inceler; öğretim unsurlarından yola çıkarak, dijital dönüşümün karşılaştığı çok sayıda zorluğu sıralar; çok konulu öğretim işbirliği mekanizması kurma, tek noktadan dijital öğretim platformu oluşturma, dinamik öğretim geri bildirim mekanizması kurma ve öğretmen-öğrenci kapasite geliştirme mekanizması oluşturma boyutlarından çıkış yolları önerir ve böylece sosyal hizmetler mesleki öğretiminde dijitalleşmenin uygulanması için uygulanabilir bir plan sunar.

Abstract

The construction of New Liberal Arts puts forward new requirements for the development and construction of social work programs in colleges and universities, and promotes the transformation of teaching from traditional classroom lectures to the reconstruction of digital teaching. This paper dissects the connotation of the transformation from the perspective of systems theory; Starting from the teaching elements, it sorts out the multiple predicaments faced by digital transformation; Breakthrough paths are proposed from the dimensions of establishing a multi-subject teaching collaboration mechanism, building an one-stop digital teaching platform, constructing a dynamic teaching feedback mechanism, and forming a teacher-student capacity development mechanism, thereby providing an operable plan for the implementation of digitalization in social work professional teaching.
