Önder Özgür graduated from the English Economics Department of Anadolu University in 2010. He completed his master's and Ph.D. education in the Economics Department at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2022. He has been working in the Economics Department at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University since 2015. He conducts academic research on applied macroeconomics, monetary policy, and inflation.

I have more than ten years of experience teaching economics at universities. During this time, I have had the opportunity to experiment with various methods to motivate students from different countries, age groups, and professional backgrounds, enhancing their competencies and knowledge levels.
Currently, I serve as the Head of the Department of Economics, Economy, and Public Administration at AMBIS University in Prague, Czech Republic.
An integral part of an academic's work is research and publishing. My primary focus is on unethical behavior, particularly issues related to efficiency and macroeconomic performance.
Throughout my career, I have participated in numerous domestic and international conferences, where I have presented my research findings and engaged in discussions with globally recognized experts.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyil NAJİMUDİNOVA is a faculty member at the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. She received a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. She completed her master studies in the Management Department in 2005. In 2010, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation, titled 'The Importance and Role of Corporate Culture in Human Resource Management: A Case Study of Kyrgyz Enterprises' at the same institution. Since 2004, she has held a tenured position in the Business Department at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. She received the title of associate professor in July 2024. She served as the vice -chair of the Center for Central Asian Studies between 2014-2015 and as the vice-dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences between 2017-2024. She has been a member of the KTMU Senate since December 2023, a KTMU Rector Advisor since October 2024, and a coordinator of the Career Development Office since November. She has been a field editor and assosiate editor of the Manas Social Research Journal since 2016. She is a member of the Young Scientists Association of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Her research interests and publications focus on Human Resources Management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, and higher education. She speaks Kyrgyz, Turkish, English, and Russian.
