Bu çalışmada, doğal ahşap tanen
çözeltisinin Sarıçam, kestane ve meşe türlerinde toprak altında bekletme
sürecindeki çürümeye karşı etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu maksatla, TS 2472 ve TS
2479 standartları esas alınarak hazırlanan deney örnekleri, ceviz taneni
çözeltisi ile 3 kat fırça, 6 kat fırça, 4 saat daldırma ve 8 saat daldırma
yöntemiyle modifiye edilmiştir. Kontrol örnekleri hariç işlemsiz ve modifiye
edilmiş örneklere bitkisel toprak içerisinde 1 yıl süreyle doğal yaşlandırmaya
uygulanmıştır. Doğal yaşlandırmadan sonra ilgili standartlara göre örneklerin
yoğunluk ve sertlikleri ölçülmüştür.
In this study, the effect of natural wood tannin
solution against decay in Scotchpine, chestnut and oak species was
investigated. For this purpose, the test specimens prepared on the basis of TS
2472 and TS 2479 standards were modified by walnut tannin solution with 3-fold
brush, 6-fold brush, 4-hour immersion and 8-hour immersion method. Except for
the control samples, untreated and modified samples were applied to natural
aging for 1 year in vegetable soil. After natural aging, the density and
Hardness of the samples were measured according to the relevant standards.
As a result, according to the control samples in all
wood type untreated samples, 8% loss of Material (density decreased) and 30%
Hardness decreased occurred due to natural aging under the soil. However, it
was determined that natural walnut tannin solution prevented decay. In this
constant, the best result was obtained in 8 hour immersion method.
