Erken Yaşamda Beslenme: Neden Önemli?

Abstract

Fetal ve bebeklik dönemi organ ve sistemlerin hızlı büyümesi, gelişmesi ve olgunlaşması ile karakterize edilen yaşam evreleridir. Gebelik döneminde veya yaşamın ilk yılında bebeklerin tükettiği besinlerin kalitesi veya miktarındaki değişiklik, dokuların gelişmesi üzerinde kalıcı ve güçlü etkiler oluşturur. Metabolik sendrom ve koroner kalp hastalığı da dahil olmak üzere yetişkinliğin bulaşıcı olmayan hastalıkları için önemli bir risk faktörüdür. İlk 1000 günde anne ve bebeğin beslenmesinin sağlıklı ve dengeli olarak beslenmesi ileriki dönemdeki hastalıkların önlenmesi ve sağlıklı nesiller yetişmesi açısından desteklenmelidir.

Early Life Nutrition: Why Is It Important?

Abstract

Fetal and infancy are life stages characterized by rapid growth, development, and maturation of organs and systems. The reason for the quality or quantity of foods consumed by babies during pregnancy or on the first day of life creates permanent and strong improvements on the development of tissues. It is an important risk factor for non-communicable diseases of adulthood, including metabolic syndrome and coronary heart disease. Healthy and balanced nutrition of the mother and baby in the first diseases and raising healthy generations.
