This study was conducted to examine the effects of internal communication on business efficiency in today's competitive and challenging business environment. In the constantly evolving and changing market conditions, it is inevitable for businesses to enhance their efficiency in order to maintain sustainability. At this point, communication among employees should be considered not only in terms of motivation and engagement, but also as a strategic element for improving individual and organizational performance. The main objective of the study is to determine the contribution of effective internal communication to employee productivity, using the case of Kadifeteks Mensucat Sanayi Co., a company producing upholstery fabric. The research evaluates the effects of internal communication on individual motivation, speed of taking action, and overall efficiency. The study was designed using a quantitative research approach and is based on the descriptive survey model. The sample consists of 176 employees voluntarily selected from among 345 white-collar personnel working at Kadifeteks Co. As the data collection tool, a 17-item Likert-type scale titled “Perceptions of Effective Communication in Businesses” was used, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software. Statistical techniques such as reliability analysis, t-Test, and ANOVA were applied, with the significance level set at 0.05. According to the findings, most participants stated that the positive relationships they established with their colleagues increased their productivity. It was particularly found that employees with higher levels of professional experience benefited more from internal communication. While no significant differences were found in terms of variables such as gender, marital status, and income, total professional seniority emerged as a key factor affecting the perception of productivity.
