Kırgızistan'da Sulama Kırsal Hanelerin Tarımsal Gelirlerini Nasıl Etkiler?

Abstract

Kırgızistan'ın bölgelerinde tarımsal faaliyetler hane halkı geliri yaratmada büyük rol oynamaktadır. Bu faaliyetten elde edilen gelir hanelerin çoğunluğunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu nedenle, hanelerin geliri ve refahı büyük ölçüde sulama suyuna erişime ve kalitesine bağlıdır. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışma kırsal alanlarda sulamanın hane halkı geliri üzerindeki etkisini incelemektedir. Çalışma, çeşitli göstergelerin etkisini analiz etmek için en küçük kareler (OLS) yöntemini kullanarak 2016 için "Kırgızistan'da Yaşam" anketinden elde edilen verileri kullandı. Sonuçlar, yaşın tarımsal faaliyetlerden elde edilen hane geliri üzerinde olumlu bir etkiye sahip olduğunu ve aile hane gelirinin, tek ebeveynli ailelerin (boşanmış, dul veya bekar) aksine, önemli ölçüde daha yüksek olduğunu göstermiştir. Aynı zamanda, tek sahibi olan köylü çiftliklerinin geliri, diğer örgütsel tarımsal çiftlik türlerinden daha düşüktür. Tarlanın büyüklüğü hane gelirini olumsuz etkiler. Sulama kaynağı olarak kanallara erişim, çiftçilerin gelir düzeyi üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir ve ayrıca tarlanın işlenmesi hanehalkı gelirini önemli ölçüde artırmaktadır.

How Irrigation Affects Agricultural Income of Rural Households in Kyrgyzstan

Abstract

Agricultural activity plays a large role in generating household income in the regions of Kyrgyzstan. Income from this activity makes up the majority of households. Therefore, the income and well-being of households largely depend on access to and quality of irrigation water. In this regard, this study examines the impact of irrigation on household income in rural areas. The study used data from the survey "Life in Kyrgyzstan" for 2016, using the method of least squares (OLS) to analyze the impact of various indicators. The results showed that age has a positive effect on household income from agricultural activities, and the income of family households, in contrast to single-parent families (divorced, widowed, or unmarried), was significantly higher. At the same time, the income of single-owner peasant farms is lower than other organizational types of agricultural ones. The size of the field negatively affects household income. Access to canals as a source of irrigation has a significant impact on the level of income of farmers, and also, cultivation of the field significantly increases household income.

Как орошение влияет на доходы от сельскохозяйственной деятельности домохозяйств в сельской местности Кыргызстана

Abstract

Сельскохозяйственная деятельность играет большую роль в формировании доходов домохозяйств в регионах Кыргызстана. Доходы от этой деятельности составляют большую часть домохозяйств. Поэтому доходы и благосостояние домохозяйств во много зависит от доступа и качества к поливной воде. В связи с этим в данном исследовании рассматривается влияние орошения на доход домохозяйств в сельской местности. В исследовании были использованы данные обследования «Жизнь в Кыргызстане» за 2016 год, с использованием метода наименьших квадратов (OLS) проанализировано влияние различных показателей. Результаты показали, что возраст положительно влияет на доходы домохозяйства от сельскохозяйственной деятельности, а также, доходы семейных домохозяйств, в отличие от неполных семей (разведенные, вдовы или неженатые) оказались значительно выше. Вместе с этим, доходы крестьянских хозяйств с единственным владельцем ниже, чем другие организационные типы сельскохозяйственных. Величина поля отрицательно влияет на доход домохозяйства. Доступ к каналам как источник орошения имеет существенное влияние к уровню дохода фермеров, а также, обработка поля значительно увеличивает доходы домохозяйства.
