Abstract

Technological and technical transformations of an economic complex in a continuous mode are more
and more inefficient also one of cardinal offers of improvement of economic indicators in production there
is a refusal of technological races, originality and typification of ways of production and management, devices of their implementation and strengthening of priorities of productions of homogeneous type. Realization
of approach will create efficiency of social development on condition of change not means, but only the
purposes. In such direction is admissible to move taking into account regularities and resolution of conflicts
