Abstract

Presented the short review of the collective monograph "Debt Problem as Phenomenon of the
XXI Century" under the editorship of A.A. Porokhovsky (M.: MAKS Press, 2014. – 288 p.). From various theoretical positions the group of authors considered an actual problem of modern world economy that allowed them to prove the wide range of the conclusions carrying "a debt problem" as to the
factors provoking financial and economic crises and to the factors promoting economic growth.

Abstract

Рецензия коллективной монографии «Долговая проблема как феномен XХI века» под ред.
А.А. Пороховского (М.: МАКС Пресс, 2014. – 288 с.).
С различных теоретических позиций коллектив авторов рассматривает актуальную проблему современной мировой экономики, что позволило обосновать широкий диапазон выводов,
относящих «долговую проблему» как к факторам, провоцирующим финансово-экономические
кризисы, так и к факторам, способствующим экономическому росту.
