CREDITING OF EXPORT MANUFACTURER OF KYRGYZSTAN BY INTERNATIONALLY ACTIVE BANKS

Abstract

The work was carried out in relation to the formation of the Eurasian Economic Area, integrated with the Customs Union of the Eurasian Economic Community and Kyrgyzstan. There was used the experience of creating the European Union with a common market organization for the founding countries of the Union engaged in trade and economic relations. The absence of internal frontiers of common economic market will have a significant role in the development of national economies through unhindered exchange of manufactured products, expanding its product range and improving the quality of commercial products, as well as development and production capacities.

Formation of large manufacturing companies and the development of their activities, including the sale of products is impossible without crediting, entailing the formation and organization of the major international credit and financial companies, both in the member states of the Union, and in relation to their common economic area.

The paper presents the basic definitions and concepts of financial institutions: internationally active, bank holding companies, and applied by them lending instruments of import and export foreign trade. In the work was given recommendations on how to develop the institutional framework of formation of large financial and credit corporations in each of the member countries of the Eurasian Union (internationally active banks) having two-way communication, both among themselves and with the parent internationally active company (bank holding company), created in the most developed financial country of the Union, thereby organizing a single internationally active banking system for crediting of export manufacturers of participating countries of the Union.

КРЕДИТОВАНИЕ ЭКСПОРТНЫХ ТОВАРОПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЕЙ КЫРГЫЗСТАНА ТРАНСНАЦИОНАЛЬНЫМИ БАНКАМИ

Abstract

Исследование проводилось в связи с формированием Евразийского экономического союза. Был использован опыт создания Европейского союза с единой рыночной организацией для стран-основателей Союза, занимающихся торгово-экономическими отношениями. Отсутствие внутренних границ общего экономического рынка будет игратьважную роль в развитии национальных экономик за счет беспрепятственного обмена производимой продукцией, расширения ассортимента выпускаемой продукции и повышения качества товарной продукции, а также развития производственных мощностей.

Формирование крупных производственных компаний и развитие их деятельности, включая продажу продукции, невозможно без кредитования, что влечет за собой формирование и организацию крупнейших международных кредитных и финансовых компаний.

В статье представлены основные определения и концепции финансовых институтов: международно-активные, банковские холдинговые компании и применяемые ими кредитные инструменты импорта и экспорта внешней торговли. Даны рекомендации о том, как разработать институциональные рамки формирования крупных финансово-кредитных корпораций в каждой из стран-членов Евразийского союза (международные банки), имеющих двустороннюю связь как между собой, так и на международном уровне (Банковская холдинговая компания), созданная в наиболее развитой финансовой стране Союза, тем самым создавая единую международную банковскую систему для кредитования экспортных производителей стран-участниц Союза.
