Abstract

Capacity building means strengthening the knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable them to

create and support the development of their community, region. People create and adapt local

institutions. These people create and shape the policies and measures that support the development

of their region. Capacity building is needed for all those involved in creating and maintaining

community development, especially in rural areas.

РАЗВИТИЕ СЕЛЬСКИХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ: НАРАЩИВАНИЕ ПОТЕНЦИАЛА МЕСТНЫХ ОБЩИН

Abstract

Наращивание потенциала местных сообществ означает укрепление знаний, навыков и

отношений, необходимых для осуществления мероприятий в рамках развития своего

сообщества, региона. Местное сообщество создает и адаптирует к местным условиям

учреждения, создает и формирует политику и меры, поддерживающие развитие своего

региона. Укрепление потенциала необходимо всем тем, кто участвует в создании и

поддержании общественного развития, особенно в сельских районах.
