Abstract

This study presents empirical evidence on factors causing the emigration from Kyrgyzstan using least squares method for the period from 1998 to 2011. The findings of the study unveil that economic factors such as, GDP per capita in destination country, value added per worker in agriculture and exchange rates influence the emigration decision.

ФАКТОРЫ, ВЛИЯЮЩИЕ НА ЭМИГРАЦИОННЫЕ ПРОЦЕССЫ В КЫРГЫЗСТАНЕ

Abstract

В исследовании представлены эмпирические данные о факторах, вызывающих эмиграцию из Кыргызстана, использован метод наименьших квадратов за период с 1998 по 2011 г. Результаты исследования раскрывают влияние таких экономических факторов, как ВВП на душу населения в стране назначения, добавленная стоимость на одного работника в сельском хозяйстве и обменные курсы.
