Abstract
It was made analysis of the formation of banking and non-bank financial system lending in total disruption
of the planned economy; shifting it to a market economy since Kyrgyzstan gained sovereignty, the establishment
of a national currency, the development of private property, the formation of two-bin banking system (end of 80
to 2005).
Reflected the process of stabilization and development of the institutional lending system of the country in
subsequent years (until 2012) with the overcoming of the bankruptcy of several banks, the political crises in the
country (the revolutions of 2005 and 2010), with the elimination of their consequences, and development in the
post crisis periods.
It was shown the role of international financial organizations in the formation and development of credit
relations, lending institutions, organizations of modern technology, management and improvement of institutional
lending options and competition between lending institutions.
