Probabilistic forecasting is based on a strategic approach and a model of the expected result. Obviously, assuming certain activities, the time it takes, human and material resources must be calculated. The project activity has a specific time frame, training activities can continue for a lifetime. The article describes seven years of work experience with students from India and Pakistan of International School of Medicine (ISM). Principle of the feedback formation as a tool for probabilistic forecasts in the learning process and the arranging of work of the extracurricular student projects are demonstrated on specific examples here
