The article discusses the state of the EАEU (Eurasian Economic Union) – one of the largest integration groupings in the world, which includes five post-Soviet countries - the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Armenia and the Kyrgyz Republic. The integration of these countries is due to objective backgrounds, such as geographical proximity, common Soviet past, approximately the same level of economic development. Within the framework of the EAEU, according to the Treaty on the EAEU of May 29, 2014, had to ensure the freedom of movement of goods, services, capital and labor, a single economic policy was to be pursued in all sectors of the economy. Despite the opinion of some skeptics, the integration group exists and has the necessary potential for further development.
