Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel inovasyonun çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisini ve bu etkide bireysel inovasyonun aracı rolü olup olmadığını test etmektir. Bu amaçla Gaziantep’te imalat ve hizmet sektöründe çalışan 348 kişiden anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi neticesinde örgütsel yenilikçiliğin bireysel yenilikçilik ile çalışan performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği, bireysel yenilikçiliğin de çalışan performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca örgütsel yenilikçiliğin çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde bireysel yenilikçiliğin aracılık rolü bulunduğu bulguları elde edilmiştir
The purpose of this study is to test the impact of organizational innovation on employee performance and the intermediary role of individual innovation if there is an influence. For this purpose, it was collected data by questionnaire method from 348 employees working in the manufacturing and service sector in Gaziantep. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that organizational innovation significantly influences employee performance and individual innovativeness of employees in positive direction, and individual innovation significantly affects employee performance same way. We also find that organizational innovation plays an intermediary role in individual innovation in the effect on employee performance
