The doctrine of flux and the unity of opposites in Heraclitus are fundamental discussions that set the stage for the formation of logic as a science. Even if some commentators claim that the philosopher does not violate the principle of identity and the principle of noncontradiction, it seems possible to find some commentary opportunities for such a violation in The Fragments. As a matter of course, this does not mean that philosophy of Heraclitus is unremarkable. Because, the philosopher bringing forward some discussions on the principles of identity and noncontradiction not only leads to the formation of logic as a science but also provides enormous contributions to the development of thought history. In this paper we will try to instantiate The Fragments has some controversial contents that reveal logical problems
