The fact that the finance sector took more risks in order to gain more profit is the underlying factor that caused the 2008 financial crisis. which still continues today. There was an attempt to gain high profits from financial products that were produced with weak regulations. The prices of the trillion dollar toxic derivatives moved far away from realistic prices, which left a financial crisis inevitable. One of the fundamental aspects of Islamic finance is that it is based on an asset. There is no room for excessively uncertain financial products. There is a share between financing the real sector and profits/losses. For this reason Islamic finance has been successful during the financial crisis and has gained the attention of the world
