The study aims at identifying the effectiveness of the Palestinians digital diplomacy compared to the Israeli's, and the reasons for the former's set back. A subgoal of this study is to analyze Palestinians official and non-official digital diplomacy, examine the Palestinian organized institutional work, and the impact of their digital diplomacy on the collective consciousness of the Palestinian cause on the official and populace levels. The study employs the observative and comparative method of the main Palestinians and Israeli social media platforms. It bases its conclusion on measuring four main indicators: 1. presence: the followers' number and presence of the main official or non-official digital diplomatic platforms; 2. content: being shared with the followers and their interaction with it; 3. competitivity: relating to the quality of the digital tools used; 4. interaction: related to the extent to which the possible questions in the minds of the followers are answered within the framework of foreign policy and the followers' interaction with it
