Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of agility abilities on business performance. Relational screening model was adopted in the study. The sample of the study consists of 364 managers selected by purposive sampling method from enterprises in the automotive sector. The questionnaire form used to collect data in the research consists of ԁеmοgrаphic questions, Agile Manufacturing Capabilities Scale and Business Performance Scale. SPSS v26 and AMOS v20 software were used to analyze the data. Within the scope of the study, validity analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were performed. Analyzes showed that agility abilities had a positive effect on business performance. When the effects of agility abilities dimensions were examined, it was determined that responsiveness, competence and speed had positive and significant effects on business performance, while flexibility had no significant effect. As a result, it is evaluated that agility ability has a great effect on business performance and speed is the most important component in this relationship, but other factors that make up agility should not be ignored, and it is important for businesses to acquire and maintain agility
