DÖNÜŞÜMCÜ LİDERLİK VE RİSK YÖNETİMİ İLİŞKİSİ: BİR META ANALİZİ ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı etkili yönetişim için dönüşümcü liderlik ve risk yönetimi arasındaki ilişkinin meta analizi yöntemiyle incelemektir. Bu amaçla, araştırmaya dahil edilme ölçütlerine uygun çalışmalar belirlenmiştir. Bu 2020-2024 zaman aralığında "transformational leadership” ve “risk management" anahtar kelimelerinden yararlanılarak 89 çalışmaya ulaşılmış olup aşağıdaki dahil etme ve hariç tutma kriterlerine uygun 14 çalışmadan yararlanılmıştır. Dönüşümcü liderlik ile risk yönetimi arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyen 14 çalışma ve bu çalışmalardaki 3265 örneklem analize dahil edilmiş olup korelasyon ortalaması 0,573 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın analizleri CMA 3.0 programı kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Dönüşümcü liderlik ve risk yönetimi ilişkisinde havuzlanmış korelasyon katsayısı ve Fisher’in Z dönüşümü, Z istatistiği ve p değerlerinin sonucuna göre değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçların yanlılık incelemesinde Egger’in regresyon kesişimi, Duval ve Tweedie’nin kes ve doldur testi, Begg ve Mazumdar sıralama korelasyonu, Rosenthal’ın klasik kayıp-güvenli N ve Orwin’in kayıp-güvenli N testlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Dönüşümcü liderlik ile risk yönetimi arasındaki ilişki katsayısının 0,695 olduğu ve bu ilişkinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu (Z=10,63; p<0,05) tespit edilmiştir. Korelasyon ortalaması (r=0,505) ve Z (Fisher’s Z=0,695) istatistiklerine göre dönüşümcü liderliğin risk yönetimi üzerindeki etkisi büyük etki düzeyinde (R2 =0,483> 0,25) tespit edilmiştir. Bu etkinin 0,321 ile 0,677 aralığında olması beklenmektedir Analiz sonuçlarına göre dönüşümcü liderliğin risk yönetimi üzerindeki etkisinin büyük etki düzeyinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND RISK MANAGEMENT: A META ANALYSIS STUDY

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and risk management for effective governance using the meta-analysis method. For this purpose, studies that meet the inclusion criteria for the research were determined. In this 2020-2024 time period, 89 studies were reached by using the keywords "transformational leadership" and "risk management", and 14 studies that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria below were used. 14 studies examining the relationship between transformational leadership and risk management and 3265 samples in these studies were included in the analysis, and the correlation average was determined as 0.573. The analyzes of the research were obtained using the CMA 3.0 program. The transformational leadership and risk management relationship was evaluated according to the results of the pooled correlation coefficient and Fisher's Z transformation, Z statistics and p values. In the bias examination of the obtained results, Egger's regression intercept, Duval and Tweedie's cut and fill test, Begg and Mazumdar rank correlation, Rosenthal's classical loss-safe N and Orwin's loss-safe N tests were used. The relationship coefficient between transformational leadership and risk management was found to be 0.695 and this relationship was statistically significant (Z=10.63; p<0.05). According to the correlation mean (r=0.505) and Z (Fisher's Z=0.695) statistics, the effect of transformational leadership on risk management was found to be at a large effect level (R2 =0.483> 0.25). This effect is expected to be between 0.321 and 0.677. According to the analysis results, it was found that the effect of transformational leadership on risk management was at a large effect level.
