Türk Hava Yolları Avrupa Liginde Mücadele Eden Türk Basketbol Takımlarının Salonları Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Öz

DOI: 10.5152/rss.2019.0008 Sportif faaliyetlere artan ilginin bir sonucu olarak spor tesisleri kavramı, spor örgütleri açısından önemli bir faktör haline gelmiştir. Ayrıca spor tesisleri, spor taraftarları tarafından ev gibi görüldükleri için, tasarımından görünümüne kadar hazırlık ve planlama süreci gerektirmektedir. Çağımızda spor tesisleri için sürdürülebilirlik kavramı göz önünde bulundurulması gereken önemli bir konudur. Spor tesisleri yönetimler için etkinlikten sonra aktif olmayan pasif yapılar algısından uzaklaşmış ve kar getirici yapılar haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada ise Turkish Airlines Euroleague organizasyonunda mücadele eden iki Türk Erkek Basketbol takımının müsabakalarını gerçekleştirdikleri tesislerin incelenmesi ve tesis yöneticilerinin görüşlerinin alınması amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda kamu sahipliğinde bulunan Sinan Erdem Spor Salonu ile özel sektör aidiyetinde bulunan Ülker Spor ve Etkinlik Salonu bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmiştir. Verilerin toplanması amacıyla, yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu hazırlanmış ve katılımcılar ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu iki tesisin işletilmesi sürecindeki farklar ve benzerlikler, bulgular kısmında ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulardan yola çıkarak, çağımız spor tesislerinin nasıl sürdürülebilir olabilecekleri ve bu doğrultuda ortaya konması gereken yönetsel süreçlerin neler olması gerektiği ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır. An Investigation on Turkish Basketball Teams Facilities Which Competing in Turkish Airlines Euroleangue

Abstract

DOI: 10.5152/rss.2019.0008 As a result of increasing interest in sporting activities, the concept of sports facilities has become an important factor in terms of sports organizations. Sports facilities require preparation and planning processes from design to appearance, as they are considered home by sports fans. Concept of sustainability is an important issue to consider for contemporary sport facilities. .Spor facilities moved away from the perception of inactive passive structures after the event for the administrations and became profit-making structures. In this study, it was aimed to examine the facilities of the two Turkish Men’s Basketball teams that competed in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague organization and take the views of the facility managers. In this direction, Sinan Erdem Sports Hall which is in public ownership and Ülker Sports and Activity Hall which belongs to private sector are examined according to some variables. In order to collect the data, a semi-structured interview form was prepared and interviews were held with the participants. Differences and similarities in the operation of these two facilities have been tried to be revealed in the findings. We have tried to make suggestions about how contemporary sport facilities could be sustainable and what administrative processes should be put in this direction by getting out of the obtained findings.
