Travma Sonucunda Kırılan Üst Santral Dişin Kırık Parça Kullanılarak Restorasyonu: Olgu Sunumu (Reataçman Tekniği: Olgu Sunumu)

Abstract

Travma nedeniyle etkilenen anterior dişlerde oluşan kırıklar; ağrı, fonksiyon kaybı, estetik ve psikolojik sorunlara yol açabilir. Anterior dişlerde görülen kırıkların restorasyonlarında, doğal diş form, fonksiyon ve optik özelliklerini geri kazandırmak önemlidir. Bu olgu raporunda, travma sonucu gerçekleşmiş kron kırığında uygulanan tedavi yaklaşımı sunulmuştur. On üç yaşındaki erkek hasta sağ üst santral dişinde 1 hafta önce meydana gelen travma sonucu oluşan kırık şikâyeti ile kliniğimize başvurdu.

Abstract

Teeth affected by trauma may cause pain, loss of function, aesthetic and psychological problems. In restorating fractures, important to restore the natural tooth form, function and optical properties. In this case report, treatment approach for fracture caused by trauma has been presented. Young male patient was applied to our clinic with a fracture of the upper right central incisor one week after the trauma. The broken piece was kept in water during the time. The suitability of the broken piece was checked. Total-etch adhesive technique was used. Composite resin applied to both the tooth and broken piece, and broken piece was restored correctly. Fractured teeth due to trauma can be successfully restore with using their broken pieces, aesthetically and functionally without change the natural tooth structure.
