Complex nursing intervention development is the service, product or care results obtained by using evidence-based practice and research results of practices that are seen as missing in patient care or clinical functioning. Identifying how nursing interventions affect patient outcomes is a defined research priority in nursing. The main purpose of developing a complex nursing intervention is to provide the most appropriate care by considering the benefit of the patient as a result of high-evidence studies. When the literature is examined, it is seen that there are many studies abroad, but there are limited studies on this subject in our country. Therefore, the aim of this review is to provide researchers with knowledge about developing complex nursing interventions and to shed light on the studies to be done in our country with current study examples.
