Hasta memnuniyeti kavramının bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile incelenmesi

Year 2021, Volume: 8 Issue: 1, 71 - 84, 01.03.2021

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın temel amacı hasta memnuniyetini bibliyometrik analiz tekniği ile incelemektir.
Yöntem: Çalışmada Web of Science Core Collection veri tabanı kullanılmıştır. Web of Science kullanılarak çalışmada konu ile ilgili düzenlemeler yapılarak prestijli kayıtlara ulaşılmıştır.

Examining patient satisfaction concept with bibliometric analysis method

Year 2021, Volume: 8 Issue: 1, 71 - 84, 01.03.2021

Abstract

Objective: The main aim of this study is to examine patient satisfaction with the bibliometric analysis technique.
Method: The Web of Science Core Collection database was used in the study. Using the Web of Science, prestigious records were reached by making arrangements related to the subject. In this database, the word “Patient Satisfaction” was searched as “title”. The years 1975-2019 were chosen as the timeframe. “SCI” (Science Citation Index Expanded ) and “SSCI” (Social Sciences Citation Index ) were selected as the index. As a result, 6,429 study records were found. 2,434 conclusions were reached because the subject was limited in terms of Medical Sciences. In this article, all units of word mining, co-citation, and citation analysis were examined with VOSviewer software.
Results: Policymakers, decision-makers, fund distribution channels, and academics can benefit from patient satisfaction analysis results.
Conclusion: As a result of the word analysis, three clusters were identified: satisfaction related to surgical care, satisfaction based on nursing services and care, and satisfaction experienced by the patient as a result of the service they received. The most cited study from citation analysis is Cleary, 1988, the journal is Medical Care, the most cited author is Pusic, the university is Harvard, and the country is the United States. In the co-citation analysis, the most cited study is an article by Cleary in 1988.
