Postpartum hemoraji yönetiminde simüle edilmiş öğrenme ortamlarının kullanımı

Abstract

Postpartum hemoraji, tüm dünyada maternal morbidite ve mortalitenin önde gelen, önlenebilir nedenleri arasındadır. Doğum sonu bakım müdahaleleri sırasında postpartum kanamanın risk faktörlerinin tanılanabilmesi, teşhis ve tedavinin erken evrede sağlanabilmesi için oldukça önemlidir. Erken müdahale lohusanın bu süreci minimum hasar ile atlatmasını sağlayacaktır. Literatürde bu durumun ancak etkin eğitim yöntemleri ile yetiştirilmiş sağlık profesyonelleri ile sağlanabileceği vurgulanmaktadır.
Ebelik ve hemşirelik gibi uygulamalı disiplinlerin teorik eğitim çerçevesinin yanında uygulamalı eğitimin simüle öğrenme ortamları ile desteklenmesi büyük öneme sahiptir. Geleneksel eğitim, Web tabanlı, vaka tartışması ve simülasyona dayalı öğretim metotlarının etkinliğinin değerlendirildiği pek çok çalışmada; simülasyona dayalı öğrenim tekniğinin öğrencilerin öğrenme süreçlerini olumlu etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Nitekim, Dünya Sağlık Örgütü, sağlık profesyonellerinin eğitiminde simülasyona dayalı öğrenme tekniklerini önermektedir.
Kadın sağlığının primer sorumluları arasında olan ebelerin eğitiminde etkin simülasyon temelli teknolojilerin kullanılması; ebe adaylarının nitelikli bir öğrenme deneyimi yaşamasına, klinik alanda yeterliliklerinin artmasına dolayısıyla ebelik mesleğinin gelişmesine önemli katkı sağlayacaktır.
